Thanks to Chronotyler for finding several things that were missed.
Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade was expanded to two games. I changed the original entry to the Ubisoft version, check your list to ensure accuracy.

Also found a duplicate entry (Ghost Lion) in the NES list that was removed.
