This site is dedicated to game collectors and game collecting in general. Anything to assist in game collecting will be implemented to assist with managing systems, games, and keeping it all straight.

Pwnedclips is a name that was came up with when playing some games with friends and the original idea was to post videos of all of us playing games with the audio overlay of us talking. At the time it sounded like a good idea, we kicked around some potential domain names, and eventually Pwnedclips rose to the top.

After a good night's sleep, it came to me that not many people would be interested in listening to me and my friends dribble about some game as we play it, and I began to ponder another use for the newly registered domain. I decided to go to my local flea market to look for some games to help me think. I bought about five games or so and went home to clean and add the games to my collection. After I got home, I realized I had purchased a game that I already owned, and the one I had bought was in worse condition than the one I owned. I then decided to find a service on the internet to keep track of my game collection with the ability to take note of condition, if I owned the manual, the box, instructions, etc. I could not find any such service on the internet. The closest I could find was a service to keep track of what games you have beaten and which ones you haven't (which you should go check out if you are a casual game collector - BackLoggery). However, I could find nothing for the seasoned and picky collector - nada. I rolled up my sleeves and got started.

There could be a few reasons some systems are missing. I decided to limit what is managed by this site pending on the amount of help I have to manage it, so far, it is just me. Therefore, if a system meets the following requirements, it will not be manageable by this site:

1. The system is still manufacturing new commercial grade games (independant developers do not count).
2. The system is in any other region besides North America.
3. The system is portable.
4. The system was considered a home PC

If the system you want added doesn't meet the above requirements and it is missing, then I just haven't gotten to it yet or do not know about it. Here is a following list of systems I plan on adding (last updated 2/12/2012):

However, if you see a system that is missing from the master game list, does not meet the above criteria, and is not planned on being added above, then please click here and let me know about it.

I strive to maintain a complete list of games, inlcuding label variants, cartridge variants, and rom variants if any exist. However, I am human, and I will make mistakes. I need your help to create and maintain a master game list that everyone can use. If you find any games or variants of a game that I missed, please contact me here and let me know what game or variant of a game is missing and what system it is for. If you happen to have a reference URL where I can see the game or variant, then that would be extremely useful.

The service is provided at zero cost, there are plans for new types of applications for phone for a small fee, but the base service is free.

There are no current plans to charge for the service. It takes a lot of effort for a collector to put his or her collection into this site (I have done it myself firsthand) and I will not make all the effort put into maintaining that collection via this site go to waste because of a fee. If traffic on this site begins to be more than I can financially bear, then the worst that will happen is I will begin placing ads on the page. For now however, it is completely 100% fee and ad free!

I will not solicit your information in any way, shape, or form without your consent. I plan on sending out e-mails with gamelist updates and changes, but only if you want to recieve them. You can change this preference from the Manage Profile link under the Game Checklist.

I have tried my best to include every game and every variation of every game in this list. Therefore, it would the be possible to calculate the total percentage of games owned on a system, I'm sure there are a few games missing from the master game list and I will be adding some games from time to time. Overall this feature is for the people who have the "Got to get them all" attitude. It will show them how far along they are.
